Garden view vacation apartment in the historic Heuerhaus in the beautiful Rhodo garden

The apartment is located in the historic 2-column Heuerhaus in an idyllic outdoor location.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the completely renovated Heuerhaus with a view of the rhododendron garden and the farm garden.
There are connecting doors to the fireplace room apartment so that the two apartments can be booked as a unit if required.
The apartments must then be booked individually.
With historic coach house (formerly Peat shed), fountain, bakehouse, sauna and heated swimming pool with salt water electrolysis,
with renewable energies - environmentally friendly heat pumps and PV systems.
Power supply for all apartments via a PV system and electricity storage.
The 4 star DTV certification.

Eine schöne funktionell eingerichtete FeWo. Wir haben es genossen und uns erholt. Vielleicht kann der Nachbar die Stimme seiner Hausüberwachung etwas leiser machen. Buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Die Unterkunft (Gartenblick) war gut ausgestattet mit einigen baulichen Schönheitsmakeln, welche uns nicht weiter störten. Sauber waren vor allem die Böden nicht (Wollmäuse unter dem Bett... etc). Der Kühlschrank, sowie der Gefrierschrank waren ausgeschalten und geschlossen und beinhalteten noch Lebensmittel vom Vormieter, was für uns ein olfaktorisches "Highlight" bei der Ankunft war. Am meisten waren wir (besonders die Kinder) aber vom hoch angepriesenen Schwimmbad enttäuscht. Katastrophe! Alt, kaputt, verdreckt, ungepflegt... auf deutsch: nicht nutzbar... Lieber Herr Vo..., wenn sie das lesen, nehmen Sie doch bitte den Vermerk auf Sauna u Schwimmbad aus ihrer Anzeige... damit ersparen Sie einigen Menschen eine wirkliche Enttäuschung. Danke!

Sehr schön gelegenes, modernes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und guter Ausstattung!

Die Ferienwohnung "Gartenblick" für zwei Personen ist sehr modern, verfügt über alles, was man benötigt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziges Manko ist die direkte Verbindung zur Nachbarwohnung "Kaminzimmer". Die Türen waren zwar verschlossen und extra isoliert, trotzdem hört man z.T. die Nachbarn. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Wohnung aber und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtetet. Es fehlt nichts. Hunde sind hier willkommen. Preis-Leistung: sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
