"The room was cute, with a nice view of the downtown. However, the bathroom was disgusting. Not only was there hair in the sink, but the toilet had pee on the lid and seat! Absolutely gross, not sure if they clean after every guest."

"You need to check in 24 hours BEFOREHAND otherwise they will not respond to your phone calls, texts and messages through the app. It is not very prominently stated in the listing. No refunds within 24 hours of check in. Not happy."
