"Very friendly staff! This location is so convenient to all you want to see & do in Colonial Beach. Clean room & linens. Room could use a touch up of paint but that’s about it. "

"We’ve stayed here multiple times and never had a complaint until now. The toilet has mildew around the rim and there was hair on the bedside table had hair on it. There was gum or something stuck on one of the bedside lamps. The toilet overflowed and I had a hard time explaining this to the owner (female) due to language barrier. She did walk up stairs so I could show her. All the soda machines were out of order. The juice machine in the lobby didn’t work and at 8:30, there was no coffee made in the lobby. They used to have continental breakfast but she said they only offer that in the summer. "

"Absolutely stunning views, super quiet setting, enjoyed the garden. Wish we had bright paddle boards and kayaks. We did not- failed! The weather was fabulous end of September and the water was not too cold. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs, everyone was very comfortable and had a nice weekend. "It was a mini high school reunion with friends we’ve know for over 50 years. Everything was wonderful and we loved your house. You had all the gadgets we needed to make our stay pleasurable. The beds were super comfortable and the decor was adorable. The only thing that we missed were phone chargers. Done of us forgot themAnd we were surprised your electrical outlets did not have them. "
