  • Simple, clean, freshly painted room on the ground floor, with a bed, a work desk, a love seat, a small closet and shelves. A private entrance/exit with no stairs leads through the garden to the driveway. The bathroom has a standup shower and a window to the backyard. The owner lives in the house but the room/bath are completely private.
