"Lots to like about this Inn: Accurate web descriptions including of their many tasty breakfast options; Very clean, Comfortable mattress with quality linens, Great bath products, Hot showers, Individual temp controls for room, Tasty tap water, Pretty landscaping. Every staff member is very pleasant – shout out to Audrey. Other things to expect: Bring a sleep mask if sensitive to light, no cell service nearby but inn offers unsecured Wi-Fi; stairs to 2nd flr rooms are shallow & steep-typical for age of building; and its easy to take country walks on the road."

"Nice little accessible house—just what we needed for our family with someone in a wheelchair. Clean and modern; good layout with good beds, furniture, and appliances. Remote location but in an area central to many places to visit. Weston is a charming little town and nearby Ludlow has good grocery store, restaurants, and other amenities. Just the kind of accessible retreat we were looking for. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. We stayed in summer but several ski areas nearby."

"The Historic Rideout is a charming 200 year old registered historic property with all the requisite updates. My wife and I along with our 3 twentysomething children and their significant others found it to be a perfect spot for our summer get together. The Vermont Country Store , the Weston Village Store, a quaint Christmas shop and a new breakfast cafe are all within walking distance. Hiking at Bromley and great fishing spots are all nearby. The house itself was immaculate with a newer pellet smoker for cookouts, hot-tub, firepit, amazing master suite, and ample bedrooms and baths for our needs. David the host was available and very helpful the one time I called and needed him."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Weston. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a truly special place. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a timeless Vermont charm that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Every space is thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and filled with character. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible hospitality. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of service was exceptional and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Dinner at the inn was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and every bit as memorable as the setting itself. It was the perfect way to end the day and added so much to the experience of staying here. The Weston is one of those rare places that manages to feel elegant, peaceful, and incredibly personal all at once. It is the kind of property you hope to find but rarely do. We left wishing we could have stayed longer, and there is no question that we will return. If you are visiting Vermont, do yourself a favor and stay here. It is truly unforgettable."
