This gorgeous waterfront home boasts its own beautiful, private 100 ft pier and shoreline. Crab and fish right off the pier! The 4100 sqft house is a sight to see with its expansive layout and its unique 3rd floor tower room. This room offers a 360 degree view of the Tangier Sound, Goose Creek, Mine Creek and the Manokin River. Toddler bed and Pull out couch are an added bonus!
Swimming pool will entertain the swimmers while the fisher-people explore the pier and shoreline. Large and private front and backyards hold a view that will take your breath away. Take advantage of the three kayaks or rowboat to explore the shoreline with the family. Indoor grill allows for cookouts no matter what the weather brings! Pack the family up and head out to relax and soak up the unforgettable waterfront experience!!!
