Convenient location, good value, and clean. Shower was small and dated but water was plenty hot. They allowed dogs and the fee was very reasonable. Only downside is the walls are thin.

We have stayed here before. Its so close to down town you can easily walk it. Property is older, but nice. The staff is great also. They have an ice machine, clam ckeaning stations and bbq's you can use.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super friendly and easy to work with. Check-in was easy. They are dog friendly. Easy walk to the docks and shopping/restaurants. We stayed in the Queen suite with two twin beds. A unique combination. My only issue was that the shower was rather small.

Our room was too hot. The bathroom floor was sticky. One room was stinky. Carpet very old. Really needs some updating. The tv only played the Weather Channel, maybe batteries bad in remote. Nobody in the office to ge batteries to try. It was quite inexpensive but probably won’t stay again.

Three of the four times I've stayed here this year, the floors have all been re-done. The other was the old carpet which has to go. Check in at the kiosk is easy. Access to the room is easy. Beds are comfy, the place is clean. It has a small refer with freezer space which is real nice for the ice packs. Microwave for convenience. Price is right as is the location.

Internet does not work and is not secured. Rooms have not changed since I lasted stayed here 6 years ago. No AC. Tv is a pain to use, especially if you are not tech savvy. Also, it does not help when the Roku Tv is slow and does not have any internet available, which makes it even slower to operate.

Quick Fishing Trip

The room was fine and reasonably clean. A pretty old place. Bed was comfortable but noisy. It sounded like cardboard bending every time we moved. Floor in bathroom was uneven, meaning not level. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of things. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and fishing charters.

Very old and showing age BUT very Clean. first floor rooms with engineered wood/vinyl floors so less dust and smell. choose downstairs room. upstairs rooms remain with old carpet, assuming so the units downstairs do not get too much noise. Wifi spotty. Perfect night spot if you are leaving for a fishing charter early morning. Automated check in was a breeze.

The bathroom shower had not been cleaned, There was hair all over and a used bar of soap. Also, since there is no air, we had to have the room window open and someone was smoking pot and we have a baby. Not cool, checked out early, on our way home.
