"Stains on the sheets no WiFi available "

"this hotel needs some updates, sink was stopped up, bathroom door kept locking on it own, the couch is outdated and sit low on the floor. furniture need updating, it's a little ragged"

"Stains on the, wall, sheets, pillows and beds. Was supposed to be two queens beds and it was two full beds. One bed did not have any blankets and both beds did not have a comforter. A sheet was used as a comforter. The fridge had no shelves. The showerhead, more water came out the top of it then the showerhead.. We had to tighten it back on. The vent did not work. The heater coming from the wall was coming off and made me sneeze whenever it came on. The window did not shut all the way and the curtain was broken. "

"Breakfast was ok. The lady at the reception desk was terrible. She totally ignored me and was busy on the phone speaking Spanish. She took a good 10 minutes speaking Spanish on the phone before she turned to me. Just terrible. "

"Rooms were clean, pool was nice, staff was helpful. Would recommend."

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."
