"The check in person was exceptional at this hotel. It was our first time in this area and he helped us immensely to tell us about the area and make suggestions. He was als very friendly and welcoming which was very much appreciated after a long drive and day The beds were very comfortable and the room had been updated. The stay actually exceeded our expecatations"

"Beautiful hotel & friendly staff"

"Parking lot has a lot of construction debris and was a bit hard to find a space. Literally had to drive around bathtubs and get out of the car to move derelict office chairs to navigate the parking lot. Difficulty checking in when we originally showed up because nobody was at the front desk. We waited for 20 mins and decided to leave for dinner, and unfortunately couldn't get ready in the hotel as planned. Considered getting another hotel but checked back and someone was working there this time. The room sadly was not super impressive. Many things worn out and broken, especially the beds, bathroom fixtures. Lots of noise outside our window at 5am, no way to block light from coming in the windows made for a bad sleep. "

"It was a very nice Hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The night staff pleasant and even said he would see that breakfast was ready early since we had to leave so early in the morning. Very considerate! Our room was very clean."

"Room was very clean & comfortable. There was only one sitting chair & a nightstand on one side of the bed. Convenient location. We didn't use the kitchen but it is nice to know that it's available & we will keep that in mind for future trips. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."
