"Clean room and friendly staff "

"Hotel is older and breakfast is very basic. However, Staff is beyond wonderful. The gym is also very good for a hotel. Back to the staff, they were super helpful, polite, gracious, and went out of their way for guests. We will be back. "

"The hotel was fully booked and not near enough parking. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was small and not much of a selection and it closed by 9am so we missed it one morning. The neighborhood was not the best and at night there were homeless people walking around near. I had my teen daughter with me as well. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant. "

"First day a cockroach charged at me wings out and everything. 5 minutes later we found an already dead cockroach. The next night we’re in bed falling asleep and a cockroach crawls on my boyfriend’s face, he kills this one too. We pack our stuff immediately and while we’re leaving we see a fourth cockroach running from the kitchen to under the couch. Plus two giant spiders in the corners of the room. Now I have a lump on my back that looks like a bite but I’m not sure from what. We left halfway through our stay. We were disgusted by this place. The man who checked us in was great, the man I turned my key into couldn’t care less. Never asked why we were leaving just asked for my key and said I could leave. No refund or anything for the missed days."

"Over all stay was fine. We just needed a place to lay our heads. We had trouble with tv remote not working when we arrived. The elevator was a little scary and rough. Rom was nice and clean and bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast I would skip. Coffee was weak and like warm and the scrambled "eggs" that were just brought out were ice cold and that's not an exaggeration. The sausage was under cooked. Everyone else seem to enjoy their waffles and bagels but that's strictly observation since unable to eat. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. "
