Our first room wasn't suitable for us, bed was too small, heating wasn't working, no wifi. Receptionist gave us a different room and she personally accorded us to the new room to make sure everything was good for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable but it lacked the ‘workspace’ that was advertised. There was certainly space for a desk, but sadly not one available. When we visited the front entrance was closed and so we had to use the back entrance which was in a vermin infested back alley with the overflowing ...
