Cozy & Cute Studio Cabin, Pet Friendly with Large Deck On The Lakeshore

This cute Cabin 10 has been re-modeled and modernized. It contains one queen bed with new mattress and has available one twin-size high profile, self-regulating air bed for a child or a third adult. It is the closest cabin to the shore of beautiful Lake Almanor. It is located in Almanor Lakeside Resort on the peninsula at the mouth of Big Cove. Bedding & towels are provided. The kitchen is well furnished with all the necessities. There is a flat screen Smart TV and DVD player for your down-time enjoyment. This cabin is a few feet from the boat launch ramp and boat slips. It has three new large vinyl windows with screens to catch those wonderful evening breezes off the lake. The jewel of this cabin is the large deck over-looking the lake which holds an outside dining table and chairs, propane gas grill and latching gate to contain pets and children. The views are stunning. The cabin has a propane heater and an electric heater for those cool mornings and evenings and a ceiling fan for the warmer afternoons. Cable TV and internet are provided by the resort. There is a large lawn area with picnic tables and doggie station for the use of all resort guests. Each cabin rental includes a free boat slip for the length of your stay. Docks are usually in the water by April 15th through October 31st.
We collect a 9% Transient Occupancy Tax plus a 3% Feather River Tourism Marketing District (FRTMD) Fee payable to Plumas County Tax Collector.

Cabin was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. Check-in and checkout was easy and bringing our boat was a bonus with boat slip included with our cabin. Everything you needed was supplied and we enjoyed being able to bring our two small dogs with us and a great deck that kept them safe with safety gate and plenty of room to hang out and bbq. We will come back again. Thank you!

The resort is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Great location with a boat dock and ramp on the property. The grounds are very clean and dog friendly. Karen and Clint are very responsive to questions and concerns to make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I (and 2 dogs) enjoyed our 2 night trip. The cabin is lakefront with beautiful views. Despite the cold weather, we were able to sit on the front deck and play games. Super quiet this time of year, but walkable access to coffee and market. We had the BEST dinner at IL Lago and even went back for lunch. Thank youFor a great stay!

On beautiful Lake Almanor one could not find a better lake view cabin that includes a good boat ramp and boat slip! The property managers are most pleasant and very helpful!!

Gorgeous retreat

The owners had the heat going when I arrived. The cabin was clean and lovely. All around, a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this peaceful cabin.

Beautiful cabin right on the water

Studio cabin perfect for one or two with all the necessities for a getaway on the water. The cabin was clean, had a beautiful, large deck with ample seating and bbq. We stay here annually and will continue to for years to come since we love it here so much and the property management is so easy to work with.

The view from cabin 10 is great! Everything was very clean. Very quiet at this location. Overall comfortable. The bed frame is very squeaky though. We look forward to coming back.

Solo Lake Getaway

This is a lovely little cabin on the shore of the lake. It was cozy and warm on these brisk autumn days and nights. It made a wonderful home base for hiking excursions and a peaceful place to rejuvenate. I needed a little get away and this was the perfect place to stay. The hosts were communicative beforehand and helpful during the stay.

Great spot steps from the water

Small studio cabin with room for small gathering. We stayed here for three night in June of 2024 and enjoyed all the property has to offer. Covered deck for enjoying the views of Big Cove. The closest cabin to the water. Dock access for boats and swimming. Free boat launch. We cooked meals and ate at local restaurants. The kitchen is small but got the job done.
