"Everything was nice. The property is a Little dated but has excellent maintenance. Our only minor complaint was a dog barking at 3:00 a.m. while people got ready for the plane. I wish they'd put all the pets at one end of the building, away from the majority of people."

"We were kept awake all night long by excessive banging from the person next to us who was trashing their room. We called multiple times throughout the night and nothing was done, there were no apologies or rectifications, during the day time that same person had a prostitute in their room, the children had to listen to the sex worker put on a show to say the least. We had to leave and did not get any rest that day either. Again no rectifying anything , I asked three times for the manager to contact me and not once did he. I have videos of all these events . Do not stay here if you want even a mediocre rest, with the kind of people they let in here it won’t happen, I mean I get you can’t control every person but you damn well can control how you deal with a situation and there was absolutely no accountability in anyway. I’m disgusted at what we were put through and the complete disregard of it, traumatic experience for the kids."

"I had a wonderful and excellent stay at this hotel. A shout-out to Jerilee, who was fantastic, super attentive and kind, exceeding expectations without a doubt! The room was well maintained and the amenities were great. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay relaxing and no stress. The cleaning staff was also incredible, always promptly attending to our requests! The hotel's main attraction is the water slide for children. The pool was in great condition, sometimes lacking towels, probably due to high demand, but we simply requested a replacement and were promptly assisted by the guy, who was also very cordial. On the first night, I was startled by the unexpected noise of the train. Perhaps, as a suggestion for improvement, they could put a small notice near the earplugs about this and recommend their use. Initially, it seemed like someone had left that item in the room. The Breakfast is well-served; during the week it seems better than on weekends, but it's ok! "

The front desk team made check-in easy and offered thoughtful recommendations for local places to explore. Parking was convenient, the location was central yet quiet, and the property was exceptionally well maintained."

"It’s got a terrible smell as soon as you walk in. Like stale cigarettes. The hotelsl is in dire need of updating. The rooms are quite old and the mattresses need to be retired and replaced. Ok rooms in you’re in a pinch. "
