"The only bad news was on your end. I had a reservation number, but the reservation was never confirmed with the inn. They had no idea I was coming. The desk manager saved the day for me. There was 1 room available starting 2 days later. It had just been renovated. Because it was ready he was able to put me there for the night. I didn't even have to pay a higher rate because it was a suite. I only needed a regular room. The room was wonderful. Everything was clean, new and comfortable. There was no food or continental breakfast, but that was ok. That wasn't listed as an amenity. Management was outstanding! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone staying in that area."
