House Lexington with Sauna & Whirlpool by the Lake

  • House Lexington is a peaceful, detached holiday home located right on the Haddorfer Lakes, with its own private beach area and direct lake access. The 80 m² property is situated entirely on the ground floor on a fenced plot, offering a private entrance and plenty of privacy for up to 6 guests.



    The house features 3 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2 each with a double bed, bedroom 3 with a French double bed), a bathroom with shower and bathtub (including a whirlpool tub), and a separate guest WC. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a dining area. The living area offers a comfortable seating area, wood-burning stove, washing machine, and smart TV with streaming services.



    Outside, you will find a private, secluded, and covered terrace, as well as your own garden with outdoor furniture and a dining area. For relaxation, there is a private sauna house (available at all times) and a whirlpool. The lakeside location is perfect for water sports, cycling, hiking, and fishing. Pets are welcome on request for an additional fee.



    We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition upon departure.
