Estuary Edge - A Slice of Paradise

Estuary Edge is a studio apartment overlooking the Plummer's Point estuary.

The studio is located on a sunny orchard property, surrounded by bush and fruit trees.

There are many awesome places to explore in the area - Plummer's Point peninsular and wharf, the fountain gardens, horse treks, and various fishing spots are all close by.

There is access to the estuary directly from the front of the studio. Enjoy a morning dip or wander.

Escape the crowds and enjoy a stay in paradise!

Mt Maunganui, downtown Tauranga, Omokoroa and Waihi are all within easy reach from this location.

Please note:
- A train bridge crosses the estuary nearby, so you may hear the odd train passing, but we find this isn't disruptive and can be fun to watch!
- The studio is mainly available only for weekend/extended weekend stays (e.g. Fri-Mon). However, feel free to make an enquiry if you have other requirements as we are happy to discuss.
- The owners live on the property, but you have privacy for your stay.

This is a wonderful, peaceful setting on the edge of the estuary. We enjoyed accommodation away from the rush and bustle of the traffic and city.

Owners super accomodating after our technical glitch booking wrong day. Accomodation was all that we needed and more. Loved the location - lots of areas close at hand to explore.

Complete Relaxation

This is a beautiful home away from home. The amount of joy and relaxation I felt here was next level. We enjoyed the fire pit a lot!!! Walking down to the water was also enjoyable. A cute little winter getaway.

Peaceful getaway.

Lovely setting and grounds. Nice quiet and peaceful. Went for an early morning walk down the bush path to the waters edge. Was high tide and a beautiful spot. Room was tidy and spacious. Will be going back again with our ebikes for another weekend at some stage.

A gem by the water

We had a wonderfully relaxing day. This location among the trees and above the water was everything that the Bay of Plenty is all about. Peace and quiet (even enjoyed the occasional train trundling past across the way). A treat!!

Enjoyable Estuary Retreat

This property boasts beautiful vistas over the estuary, as the name implies, and situated within a well established citrus and avocado orchard. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The small TV is only of concern if that's one of the things you want to use while there (we did have to nick off to Te Puna Sports Bar to watch the All Black vs Australia Bledisloe rugby match). Clear starry night and soft lawn to gaze from, along with a fire pit if you want to use it, were bonus additions to our stay. Our hosts were prompt, honest and kind in all pre-stay correspondence, then when meeting them, and also with post-stay correspondence. Definitely worth staying and enjoying if this is your trip of stay.
