"This place was a slice of kiwi heaven! The location is beautiful, perfect place to recover from life’s struggles. It’s isolated so you pretty much have the beach to yourselves.Also, having the spa is great for when the beach is a bit too chilly or after a cold dip.The owners are super friendly and accomodating as well, felt well taken care of. "We had a great time, real kiwi bach unbeatable location with all the things you need to make your stay easy. Kids jumped off the bridge, kayaked in the estuary, walked for miles on the beach. Plenty of space for two families. Host was kind and great to communicate with. Kids are already planning next stay. Thanking for allowing us to share you special place."

"Although the motel dates probably from the mid 1980’s, it is clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen comprising of an electric stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. All were in excellent condition, and the property is well maintained. Whilst we did not use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. There are only 12 units, in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from a New World and Woolworths, with some excellent cafes close by, and a short walk to the Harbourside area and town. Highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay again"
