Nice stay, clean room, fun pool

Great service and a clean and comfy room. It is a little dated but that is the charm of this hotel. The pool area reminds me of something out of the 80s. Walkable to the center of whangamata. Would definitely stay again.

Booked a 2 bedroom room with spa. Kids loved it so did I. Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Warm room. Beautiful scenery.friendly staff.Kids Park,Trampoline was a bonus. Only problem was the laundry.Should Atleast have about 2 washing machine and 2 dryer :) Although we will be back again .

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. There was also a Webber bbq for our use which was great. But the apartment itself is very dated, the outdoor areas also need attention and the premium price we paid did not reflect this. There was a cheap little hair dryer in the bathroom which burst into flames with first use and we could find no evidence of smoke detectors. When we questioned the manager he assured us there was some but couldn’t say where they were. There is no air conditioning which was a struggle in 30 deg heat, but the pool was a lovely saviour. There were lots of Ants and bugs in the apartment, we used nearly a can of fly spray in 3 days, dead bugs everywhere each morning yet housekeeping did not vacuum them up even once, they added towels and teabags and left

Amazing Service, Amazing Room, Amazing Stay

From the outset, this stay was amazing. Check In, our friendly hosts were absolutely accommodating and helpful, making our families stay that much more enjoyable. The room next to the pool was spacious and allowed for easy and monitored access for our kids. This also had the added bonus of being able to easily socialise with the neighbouring units if you wanted, or retire to the privacy of your rooms. Highly recommend.
