Just minutes from the white sands of Whangapoua Beach, this family and pet-friendly holiday home has everything you need for a relaxed, laid-back escape. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates a natural hub for everyone to gather, with a heat pump keeping you comfortable year-round. Indoor living flows effortlessly to a spacious outdoor entertaining area, complete with pool, brazier, Weber BBQ, and outdoor furniture. Lounge by the pool, dine alfresco under the summer sky, or simply soak up the tropical breeze. For extra fun, three adult kayaks are provided so the whole family can make the most of the water nearby.

The main house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a generous family bathroom with bath and separate toilet, plus an ensuite off the master bedroom. Families will love the separate self-contained sleepout, complete with its own bathroom, living space, and small kitchenette, comfortably hosting up to eight guests in total. A full laundry adds to the convenience for longer stays.

Set just one street back from Whangapoua’s beachfront, you’ll slip easily into holiday mode—swim in the sea, stroll the sand, or rinse off under the refreshing outdoor shower back at home. The Whangapoua Store is only a seven-minute walk for ice creams and supplies, and the famous New Chums Beach track is a 10-minute stroll away. The Dunes Matarangi Golf Club is an 18-minute drive, while both Whangapoua and Kuaotunu boat ramps are nearby, with parking available for a boat up to 5 m.
