"Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all "

"We stayed at the suite with a jetted tub in the room. Huge room/suite with kitchen and two bathrooms. Great bed and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended."

"We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny for the kids!! We loved how extended the indoor pool hours were, esp cause that was the #1 request from the kids! Lots of beautiful outdoor space too! We can’t wait to come back in full summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and for the Christmas lights! "
