The space
This two-level townhouse in the Benchlands offers room to unwind while keeping you close to Whistler’s winter energy. A private entrance leads into a mudroom-style entry with space for gear, making transitions from snowy boots to cozy comfort seamless. The living room centers around the fireplace, with comfortable seating and a TV for quiet nights in.
Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the secondary bedroom offers a king split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins and has access to a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also includes a king split bed, closet, dresser, and TV.

The open-concept main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats six. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before the slopes or sharing a relaxed dinner indoors, the layout keeps everyone connected.
Ski access & outdoor living
Ski access is available when conditions permit, with Merlin’s Run just a short walk from the complex driveway, offering connection to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. After a day out, soothe tired muscles in the shared hot tub within the complex or step onto the private deck for fresh mountain air.

The home includes wifi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, heating, bathroom essentials, and free parking garage on premises for one vehicle, with limited additional options available. Self check-in with keypad ensures a smooth arrival.

Disclaimer : Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
