"Our bathroom had wallpaper peeling but everything else was great and as expected of the brand. Too bad there isn’t a coffee station in the morning and I had to pay for coffee station Portobellos. It would have been a nice touch in the morning for those on the go."

Whistler Cascade Lodge

"I have stayed here several times and enjoy my stays. I do think the cleanliness with the bed sheets for the couch pullout were questionable were they cleaned or were they not. We had to ask for body wash for empty and no soap to wash or hands And we had to reset the tv several times only for it to get stuck every 8 to minutes. Once in for the night we did not want to go to desk or have some come in. However, taking out the garbage specially if it just general garbage is not ok. I was pleased the front desk took it for cans was blocked to dispose of it. I get if it is boxes and a huge amount but basic garbage should be done as part as the service we pay for. All in minor things but just ideas to support better customer service."

"The Lodge was exactly what we needed for our stay in Whistler. It was an easy location to find and accessible to just about anything you would need in the concourse area. The room itself was great, spacious, and had some amenities that can in quite handy (laundry, coffee, dishwasher). The only knock against it is that the common area is not much to see, and the elevators felt a bit dingy, but that didn't really affect our stay at all. Perfect if your are trying to plan an affordable trip to Whistler!"
