Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. • Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Property was clean and ready for our occupancy. The ski-in, ski-out feature was perfect. The hot tub and pool were excellent. Very accommodating ski and board storage. Great location to Upper Village.
The property clearly needs an update BUT it’s a great ski in/out location with about 20m from the boot room to the slope, our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was large, had a well stocked kitchen, immaculately clean. Also had a washer and seperate dryer (very handy). Warm, dry with a fire. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is we needed a bigger sofa (clearly a small sofa bed but this was not big enough to really lounge on), we overlooked the communal hot tub/pool which meant we got the noise but again this stopped by 10 at the latest. Toilets clearly had drainage issues as there were resident plungers by each of them but we had no problems. A drying rack would have been handy. Would def book to stay again for a family of 4 - plenty of space!!

Fun stay at Woodrun
Have stayed at Painted Cliffs a couple of years ago through Whistler Platinum and Woodrun this year . Accommodation has been suited us very well , good to be able to ski in , ski out , and good communication with WP team before and during our stay . Ski locker system difficult to use and pretty outdated .
Location convenient for catching up with friends .
Perfect for our needs. It was great to have 2 twin beds for our kids; it didn't matter that it was a small room. We really appreciated the king in the other bedroom. The living space was a good setup for 4 of us to have cocoa by the gas fireplace and watch a movie. We also like that this is a south facing unit so it got good light.The hot tub and pool area is right outside (and down a level or two), but the blinds are easy to use and they really do shut it down at 10pm each night, so noise at bedtime wasn't an issue.The manager was very accommodating of our late arrival.Shuttles are easy but walking down the slope to the upper village or just a little farther on the creek trail to the main village was no problem (but I'd suggest boots rather than sneakers).The condo may be a bit outdated, but it was all in good working order, and we'd prefer the lived-in feel to having something super nice where we're stressed about our kids doing damage!

Just what we need and nothing more.
The place was very clean and it is managed extremely well. It is a bit dated but the price reflected that and everything was very clean, everything worked as it should and it was well stocked with basic kitchen items. Our friends rented the unit across the hall and it had a better view and was updated but they paid quite a bit more. Our joke was that our's was the grandparents place and theirs was the next generation that had redone it. The management of the place was exquisite in that there were some issues on the property with the pool being closed and then the building's fire alarm system being tested. The management emailed us ahead of time and offered us other options and then communicated very well during our stay. All this to say, you don't rent a place in Whistler to stay inside so this condo was spacious, well stocked and had everything we needed for a good price to come back, sleep, shower and then go back outside.
We had a wonderful time at Whistler. The location is excellent, just steps from the slopes and a short glide to the Gondola.
The hot tub was a welcome amenity at the end of the day. The management team was very helpful. Our arrival was delayed due to COVID travel challenges so we arrived a day late. But we made the most of our time there. We will definitely be back!
Although the spot is advertised to have a pool and hot-tub they were both closed our entire stay. Until is outdated and beds aren’t very comfortable but overall was okay. Lots of noise from repairs and other residents. A bit hot at night.
The condo at the Woodrun Lodge is a great spot. The condo is a little dated in style, but when you’re up for a long weekend you can’t let that bother you. The floor was a little dirty when checked in, and the ski locker needs a new lock. The current one only works 1 out of 4 times which creates stress and waists time when you’re trying to have fun. The building is a little loud early in the morning and late at night as people come and go.

Whistler Premium was very easy to connect with, professional, friendly, and helpful. This location was perfect for access to Blackcomb. A bit dated - but I didn’t rent it for the decor. I would definitely book this space again. Perfect location! Clean and functional unit. Ski locker room was great. Lock is a bit finicky but if you sweet-talk it it will open every time. Large hot tub is right below this unit. Can be noisy at night. Loads of little kids in it while we were there. Kind of ruins it for adults, so we skipped it. But voices waft right up to this room. But the view of mountain was worth it!!

Love being able to ski in and out!
The gals at the front desk on both check in and check out Sundays were very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. This unit is a little tired with what looks to be mostly original decor and has several unusable locked cupboards. Blinds do not block out much light so would wake up as soon as it got light out each morning.

If the fewest number of steps to the mountain, ski lockers or the hot tub were criteria to measure the success of ski-in/ski-out accommodations, then this condo location would be a winner. Though dated, the apartment was comfortable, clean and comes with a great view. To top it off, the staff at Whistler Platinum were very helpful.
The location and amenities were very good and suited our needs perfectly. The decor is not modern, but it is clean and well enough equipped for a week's stay (or longer). We were quite pleased with the place.
