The Space:

Mornings begin with coffee and crisp alpine air, while evenings invite you to unwind beside the indoor fireplace after a full day on the mountain. Snow falls softly beyond tall windows as the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain set the scene for your stay. With ski access just steps away, your winter rhythm feels effortless and connected to the outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level home comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and convenient access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Extra pillows and blankets add comfort on chilly nights.



Living space

The open living area is filled with natural light from large windows and vaulted ceilings. Comfortable seating surrounds the indoor fireplace, creating a warm gathering place after skiing. A dedicated workspace and Wifi support remote work when needed.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, complete with modern appliances and ample prep space. Share meals at the dining table for six before settling in for a relaxed evening indoors.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Ski access from the Aspens complex connects you to Blackcomb Mountain when conditions allow. After a day outside, ease into the outdoor pool or one of three shared hot tubs. A gym, secure ski storage, mountain bike storage, elevator, and paid parking garage on premises - 1 space add convenience throughout your stay.



Neighborhood

Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, you’re a short walk or free shuttle ride from the Upper Village’s cafés, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re here for ski season or a quiet mountain escape, this condo places you close to the action while offering a peaceful retreat at day’s end.



Disclaimer :Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. You’ll also enjoy access to the building’s amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services. Underground parking is available for an additional fee.



The Neighborhood:

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.



Getting Around:

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 5-minute walk to Upper Village Stroll

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 13-minute walk to Fairmont golf course

• 22-minute walk or 6-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 5-minute drive away from Fresh Street Market (grocery store)

• Free Village Shuttle: A 2-minute walk down the complex road, turn right onto Spearhead Drive, the bus stop will be on the left going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.

• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.

• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.

• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
