•Bedroom 2- At the other end of the floor to the master, this beautiful bright, and spacious room has a queen bed and large windows allowing for ample natural light.
•Bedroom 3- A stylish queen bed and vast windows with gorgeous views, the room is the same size as bedroom 3. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower and
bathtub.
MID-LEVEL:
•Bedroom 4- A lovely large bedroom equipped with a gorgeous queen bed, with a sofa for lounging and desk space. Adjacent to the room is a powder bathroom and the outdoor hot tub is accessed through this room on the back deck.
LOWER LEVEL:
•Bedroom 5- A stylish king bed in this inviting and cozy space.

I stayed at this property with a group of close friends at the end of the 2024 ski season (early May). The property was immaculate. The photos were accurate, everything worked, we didn't have issues. I would strongly recommend this property if you're interested in what it has to offer!

Great location and accommodations!
Great big house with great accommodations! This place is perfect if you intend on mountain biking whistler bike park with friends. The garage has great bike storage and the bus to the village stops within steps of the house.
The reason for the 4 star rating is the condition of the deck, which was a primary reason we chose this place. The back corner of the deck is sinking. It makes hanging out on the deck a bit uncomfortable. It's also hard to tell in the pictures, but the hot tub is on a separate deck which requires you go through the main floor bedroom. Just good to know.

We were a little frustrated. We never had electricity in two of the bathrooms. Two of the toilets continually stopped up. We felt a little mislead regrding the description. There was no ping pong table as described. One of the “bedrooms” was unfinished with wood exposed and looks like it was previously a garage. Would have liked outdoor furniture to enjoy the balconies.

Five night Family Vacation
We loved both the size (spacious) and location of this property (30 Min walk to the Village). The beds were comfortable; hot tub was great. Lots of room to play family board games. Lots of towels. A few things I would have liked to have known before arrival: You have to bring your own firewood, paper towels, compost bags and recycling containers. Everything has to be taken away and having proper containers would have made it easier. Owner instructed us to bring coffee beans but in reality there are 2 coffee makers that use ground coffee only. Appliances are decent except the dishwasher which needs repair or replacement. “Kids room” is great but needs to be rearranged due to fire risk of the baseboard heater. I would have liked to have known where to take garbage and recycling before the last day of our stay. It’s unusual to have to leave every dish clean in the house vs. Leaving the dishwasher loaded and turned on when you leave. But, all in all, the home worked well for our family vacation!

Overpriced and rugged for what’s marketed as a luxury accommodation
The property manager is excellent however this property is positioned as a money maker with little attention to detail. We arrived a few days after rainfall and steps to entrance and driveway not de-iced. Basic necessities missing from kitchen like coffee. Fireplace photos are beautiful but buy your own wood. One of my family members was trapped in a bedroom with a broken doornob for over an hour. Requested a reasonable price adjustment which was unceremoniously denied. Ultimately this was a beautiful home which has been positioned to make maximum revenue with little maintenance or focus of guest satisfaction.

We had such good times with my family n this house, the firepit and hot tub give this house a special touch, the beds are to comfortable. The house is integrated into the pine trees and where you look it has windows and wonderful views and the snow seen from the house was like being in a Christmas movie.
The location of the house is perfect as it is close to the Whistler Village and surrounding activities such as golf and atving. My only critique is that I wish the house was a bit cleaner as the kitchen had many sticky spots on the counters and the handles. Other than that, everything else was clean. The host was gracious and was there when we needed anything or had questions. I would recommend Marta!
Our group of 10 women have fully enjoyed two stays at this house. The house is well appointed with a large kitchen and dining room providing lots of space for helpers (and tasters) while preparing meals and enjoying meals together. The open concept space allows for easy conversations with others lounging in the living room in front of the two sided fireplace. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy some quiet time.
This place is rundown and needs serious maintenance. Cobwebs on the windows, heavily stained carpets. Many door handles loose or falling off. Some electrical outlets with faceplates missing and loose connections. The Hottub area was in disarray, with an old heavy cover and wood benches that were falling apart. To top it all off, they even had a plastic shopping bag holding up the light fixture over the dining table!
The worst part was the BLACK mold in the showers, bad smell and simply not safe.
Not sure how others gave positive reviews?
Heavy worn out house, don’t bother. I had some initial contact with owner , as soon as I asked for a partial refund she went silent. Haven’t heard back at all.

perfect for 4 long time buddies and our adult sons to enjoy our 23 annual golf get away.Pefect location,perfect set up to play cards and watch sports together
We were 3 families of 4 and had ample of space. Rooms are nice and bright in the day and nice and the area is quiet at night. Kitchen is provided with everything you need to cook, which is awesome. Our families have nothing but good things to say about our stay. This is the perfect House for large groups.
Marta's house is located in a quite neighbourhood. The house was able to accommodate our group comfortably. Marta was very responsive as a host when we had any queries.
We had the most lovely time at this property, it is beautiful, spacious, clean, great cozy feel with style as well. The beds are sooo comfy and the big living room was superb for our big family. We were a big group with both sets of grandparents and everyone was thrilled. Marta is the best host, she checks in on you and made sure we were happy. We will be back here for sure!

The bus stop to the Village is maybe 100-feet away, bus comes every 30 minutes for $2.50/person/trip.
Note the garage has been converted to a rec-room with beds, so all parking is in the driveway.
We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time! The large windows and spacious living room were beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we also loved the large hot tub. Also, there is a busstop in front, so no need to have a car! Thanks a lot for everything Marta! We really hope to stay here again!
My friends and I really loved the property and location. It was very clean and efficient. The hosts were very hospitable the entire time. Before arrival, they gave us recommendations of places to do, see, and eat in Whistler. They responded during and even after our trip was complete. I'd book this house again for a ski trip.
Marta communicated quickly and made sure to take care of us. This is a house in one of the best neighborhoods in Whistler. You will not be disappointed!
