The main living room features a large sectional and a 55" 4K Smart TV with Sonos Dolby soundbar, creating an inviting setting for relaxed nights in. Downstairs, a second lounge with a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound provides a separate retreat - ideal for movies, games, or quiet reading. Heating keeps the home comfortable throughout the colder months, and portable fans are available when needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged for shared meals and easy mornings. Stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and generous counter space make cooking feel effortless, while heated floors add comfort on winter days. These two rooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and a private ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
