The Space:

Soft morning light settles over the evergreens as you step onto the balcony and feel the crisp Whistler air drifting in from the forest. After a day on snowy trails or the mountain, you can ease into the warmth of the hot tub surrounded by trees or settle beside the wood-burning fireplace while snow gathers quietly outside the windows. This townhome offers room to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the calm that winter brings to the edge of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course.



Living spaces

The main level centers around an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and generous seating for gathering after time outdoors. A wood-burning fireplace creates a relaxing focal point, while a TV offers the option for a quiet evening in. A second living area provides additional space with a wraparound couch, TV, and DVD/VCR player, giving your group flexibility to spread out. On the lower level, a den with a large couch and TV adds yet another cozy spot to retreat.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept kitchen features heated floors, granite counters, and the appliances you need to cook comfortably at home. A dining table that seats eight invites slow winter meals, while a breakfast bar for three keeps the space social. Just beyond, a deck holds a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture for those brisk days when you want a breath of fresh air while preparing food.



Sleeping arrangements

On the main level, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a double vanity, and a bathtub with an overhead shower. A second primary bedroom provides another king bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and ensuite with similar features. A powder room is also on this floor.

Downstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, the fourth includes a king bed and TV, and the fifth has two bunk beds. Guests on this level share two bathrooms - one with a glass-enclosed shower and one with a bathtub with an overhead shower.



Outdoor living

Winter days conclude beautifully in the hot tub set among the surrounding forest, offering a quiet place to unwind after time on the slopes or cross-country trails. Two private single-car garages and a boot-drying rack add welcome convenience for cold-weather gear.



Amenities & essentials

You will find in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, heating, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace, along with bathroom essentials and bed linens. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. The smart lock makes self check-in simple, and luggage dropoff is available for early arrivals or late departures.



Neighborhood

Located in The Woods beside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the home is a short walk from the Lost Lake trail network, where winter cross-country skiing begins. The free village shuttle nearby connects you easily to Whistler Village and the Blackcomb base, keeping you close to the energy of the resort while returning each day to a peaceful forest setting.

The Woods is located along the fairways of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, in the Blackcomb Benchlands. Lost Lake is only a 5 minute walk, with access to cross-country skiing in the winter, and hiking and biking in the summer.



Getting Around:

This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
