Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Key retrun Please leave each bedroom key in its door lock. Return the 2 front door keys to the key box. Ensure all garbage and recycling are properly sorted and placed in the garage bins.
Please make sure all indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off. Please turn off the BBQ gas supply. Please ensure the hot tub cover is closed. Please return the EV charger handle to its holder.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following morning.
Hot Tub Please shower before hot tub. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. After use, please cover hot tub.
