Snow settles quietly on the mountains as evening light fades, and the warmth of firelight draws you indoors. After a day in crisp alpine air, steam rises from the hot tub while the surrounding peaks fall into shadow, and the chalet becomes a place to slow down, gather, and rest.
Living space
Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home is designed for relaxed group stays across the winter season. Ski-in/Ski-out access is available seasonally, with a private gondola connecting you directly to Creekside Village. Inside, multiple living and gathering areas invite unhurried time together, from the media room with TV to quieter corners warmed by indoor fireplaces. Heating and a split type ductless AC system keep the home comfortable throughout changing conditions, while windows frame mountain scenery from several rooms.
Sleeping arrangements
The home offers several distinct sleeping spaces arranged for privacy. On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with soaking bath and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary bedroom includes a four-poster king bed, scenic views, a private deck, and an ensuite with soaking tub and dual vanity.
Another bedroom includes a double bed with a loft holding an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite. A separate nanny room offers a single bed, TV, and its own ensuite. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided.
Bathrooms & laundry
Bathrooms are spread throughout the home and include bathtubs or showers, hot water, and bathroom essentials. A guest powder room adds convenience, and a lower-level bathroom includes a steam shower. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for longer stays.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and shared meals, with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and ample workspace. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table accommodates group dinners indoors - a welcome setting after snowy days outside.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
