The Space:
Crisp alpine air and quiet mountain surroundings set the tone for a stay in this Whistler chalet, where snowy days on the slopes are followed by warm evenings beside the fire. After skiing or exploring the mountains, you can sink into the hot tub, gather indoors for a film in the media room, or relax by the glow of the fireplace as winter settles over the peaks.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across thoughtfully arranged bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The upper level hosts a primary suite with a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, and private deck. Its ensuite includes heated floors, a double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary bedroom also features a four-poster king bed, scenic views, a private deck, and an ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity.
Another bedroom includes a double bed along with a loft containing an additional double bed, with an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom includes a sitting area and a full ensuite. A nanny room with a single bed and TV also has its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, while the lower level includes an additional bathroom with steam shower.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a comfortable space for preparing meals during your stay, with stainless steel appliances, gas range, and generous counter space. The dining table seats ten for shared meals, while the breakfast bar offers four additional seats. A BBQ grill outside allows for cooking in the fresh mountain air when conditions permit.
Indoor living & entertainment
After a day in the mountains, several gathering spaces invite you to unwind indoors. The media room features surround sound and a flat-screen TV for movie nights, while the billiards room offers a relaxed setting for evening games. This home offers ski-in and ski-out access during the winter season, connecting to nearby trails leading toward the Lower Peak to Creek Trail and the base of the Creekside Gondola. The nearby private Kadenwood gondola also provides convenient access to Creekside Village, where you’ll find dining, shops, and entertainment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
