Evenings linger by the stone fire pit, where laughter mingles with the scent of pine and the warmth of the flames. Between adventures on the mountain, quiet moments unfold in the glow of the fireplace or beneath a canopy of stars from the private hot tub.
The Space
Set within Whistler’s exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, this chalet offers a private retreat surrounded by forest and mountain views. Across two levels and 4,646 square feet, its design blends natural textures with understated sophistication. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in the alpine scenery, while thoughtful details create an atmosphere of calm and connection. The home accommodates up to twelve guests with five bedrooms, nine beds, and five and a half baths, each designed for both comfort and privacy.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, seating area, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also includes a king bed and ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds and a private ensuite, while the fourth features two bunk beds with an ensuite shower. On the lower level, a fifth bedroom with a queen bed includes a steam-room shower and a secondary entrance.
Outdoor living
Glass doors open to a spacious patio where forest and valley views set a serene backdrop. Dine beneath open skies at the outdoor table, unwind on lounge seating by the fire pit, or sink into the private hot tub after a day on the slopes. Heated garage parking, complete with a Tesla charger, and a well-appointed mudroom make every transition from mountain to home seamless.

The chef’s kitchen combines Brazilian quartzite counters with custom white oak cabinetry and high-end appliances. A breakfast bar with seating and a separate prep kitchen support easy entertaining, while the dining area, framed by tall windows, seats ten guests. A temperature-controlled wine room and indoor mini bar elevate evenings shared over fine food and good company.

Inside, the media room invites relaxed gatherings with a foosball table, plush seating, and a stone gas fireplace. Exercise on the Peloton bike, or retreat to a quiet workspace furnished with a desk and office chair. Neighborhood
From this private enclave, access the slopes via a one-minute walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail and return through the Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails. Guests also enjoy the exclusive Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in just four minutes. Shops, restaurants, and lift access are all within easy reach, yet the chalet remains a haven of privacy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
