The Master bedroom also has a smart TV, walk-in closet, and access to a private deck with a Hot Tub. The highly sought after Lynx complex in prime Blueberry Hill location is a 4 min drive or 20 min walk along Valley Trail to Whistler Village entrance, 4 min drive to Whistler Creekside parking and 5 min drive to Whistler Village ski lift/gondola parking lots. Blueberry Hill location offers easy access to the Valley Trail, Alta Lake, Whistler golf course and many hiking/biking trails.
LOCATION: BLUEBERRY
A quieter neighbourhood in Whistler, located just off the Sea to Sky Highway, is situated slightly higher than the main village which allows you to experience the surrounding alpine views. Blueberry is positioned perfectly to enjoy both Creekside and Whistler Village during your stay, as it is only a 3-4 minute drive from both. Multiple bus stops that are regularly serviced allow ease of travel to Creekside or the main Village. The bus fair is $2.50 CAD and you need exact change or a bus ticket. Blueberry is the ideal location to enjoy one of Whistler's best lakes... Sunbathe on Blueberry docks or hire a kayak or SUP board and navigate the serene waters of Alta Lake then reward yourself with ice cream at Lakeside Park. Blueberry docks are also the perfect launch point to experience the River of Golden Dreams in Summer.

PARKING - CLEARANCE 6'8"
Two assigned parking spaces in the Lynx complex + a bonus two assigned parking spaces in Blackcomb Upper Village for ski-out access. Visitor parking spots in Lynx are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
- If you want to have the king bed set as two twins upon your arrival, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours before the arrival will be subject to a fee.
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25.
- Base occupancy is 8 adults and max occupancy is 10 adults. The ninth and tenth adult pay C$35 + tax per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
- Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$100.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
