Super clean well appointed townhouse in a very quiet area. Plenty of space for 4+ people. Comfy beds well appointed kitchen. Hot tub great addition to unit. Near ski village
Came to Whistler for a guys skis trip. The 3 of us really enjoyed the ski in/ski out (200 feet walk) and the proximity to Blackcomb! Very quiet surroundings with the trolley to Whistler village running all day
Property was nice and well equipped. Getting to the slopes was easy and taking the free shuttle back was very easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Comfortable place!
Wonderful Place, exactly as shown in the posting and able to comfortably house two families. Property Manager is very communicative and helpful. Parking garage is very tight - it may be impossible for anything larger than a midsize SUV to park when the complex is busy. We were able to ski in/out with a small walk with young children by using the path behind blackcomb springs and the bus service was also great. Would happily rebook!
We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious condo, well furnished, and cared for. The hot tub at the unit was a plus as was the proximity to the free shuttle, taking you into the village. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the managing team. We left behind necklace and they were quick to locate it, and then at their own cost, shipped it to us in California. We are very grateful to have the item returned. We highly recommend staying here.
Property was clean and all appliances (including laundry, dishwasher, hot water in showers) were in great working condition. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Gas grill, board games and hot tub were all great to have available. Located at the top of a steep hill with free shuttle bus stop a short walk away. Shuttle ran all day and stops at the base of Blackcomb and Whistler and was running every 30 minutes (mid-July) We would have been fine without a rental car. Beds were all comfortable and property is located in a quiet location.
The property is convenient for skiing out and in from Blackcomb, only a short walk down the property access road (2 minutes). It's comfortable. I recommend it for groups needing three bedrooms.
What an incredible find!! This home was perfect!! The place was well furnished, BEAUTIFUL, and very clean. We were so sad to leave, however, will most definitely try to stay here again soon!!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!! 🥰
Great place. Super convenient location to shuttle. Nice views. Well kept and furnished. Only complaints is the bedrooms need better storage as there are no bureaus / drawers. There are also lots of stairs which could be an issue. I’m picky and I’d definitely stay here again.
Townhome was up in the Benchlands and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Check in process was simple. Fully stocked kitchen. Only complaint was fridge/freezer and floor were not clean however management company was quick to respond and sent someone over right away to take care of it. Would stay there again but be prepared for lots of stairs. Comfortable beds & great hot tub.
Probably my worst rental in Whistler (and I've been 10 times). 3 flights of narrow stairs. Minimal ventilation (and it is very hot in the summer), and only 2 small portable fans for 8 people sleeping. Also, the check in instructions did not clearly explain that the "Authorized Parking Only" directly in front of the unit is a tow-away zone and our car was towed after just a few hours and had to pay 200 to recover it plus a 2 hour wait. Avoid. There are lots of other units closer to the village, without as many stairs and with easier parking.
We really enjoyed our stay in this Mountain Star home. The skiing is a short walk to the slopes. The hot tub was amazing at the end of the ski day. We loved the layout of the home - it worked well for our two boys. The wifi worked perfect - we were able to work from there too. The kitchen was great also for the nights we stayed in.
This place is good overall, here's my thoughts...
Pros:
1. Heated tiles
2. Beautiful amenities
3. Fairly easy to locate ski-in/out
4. Great location to Blackcomb
Cons:
1. 3 flights of stairs
2. Unusable wifi that would randomly disconnect every 30 minutes
3. Archaic parking garage system with the tiniest spots known to man kind. If you're not the best parker, be wary
We had a Thanksgiving we had. The property was just as advertised. It is a very cozy place and the furnishings are all in great shape. The Aloha team was VERY responsive - they retuned all emails within minutes. We had a small plumbing issue and they sent someone within the hour to snake the drain. The only thing I'd say is if you struggle with stairs this would not be the best option for you.
Property was very nice and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy bus ride to village. We loved our stay and had a great time. Only downside is carrying skis up the hill and up the steps at the end of the day. If there was more snow, may not have been an issue as would have been ski in.
