This home is the perfect ski in/ski out or mountain biking getaway for you and your friends or family. Beside Whistler Bike Park. Over 2900 sf on four storeys. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, family/media room, pool table, gourmet fully equipped kitchen, luxury appliances, garage/2 car parking all in this exclusive on mountain enclave. Ski in/ski out allows people to come and go on their own schedule. Swimming pool, hot tub, snowshoeing paths. This is a very special residence.

Taluswood is one of the most sought after locations in Whistler. Experience the full on mountain lifestyle in this quiet, exclusive and friendly on mountain enclave of homes. This residence has been perfectly designed for the active family or large group with a large entrance with heated floors to help dry out the days gear. The wood burning fireplace and two outdoor decks add to the ambiance in every season. The 2900 sf on four floors allows space for everyone. The family room/media room/pool room in the lower level creates distinct entertainment spaces that can be so welcome after a long day on the mountain.

Development includes swimming pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year round). Ski in /ski out allows everyone to be on their own schedule. There are snowshoe/bike/hike trails immediately outside the door including the mountain bike trails from your door. Ski out requires a 4 minute walk down the street, ski in off the Dave Murray Downhill ends across the street. Restaurants, shopping, groceries and amenities 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk away at Whistler Creekside. Free parking available at Creekside.

Note that this is a strictly NON-SMOKING (of any type) and NO PETS home, violations will not be tolerated. Our Taluswood development has quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, and also has a NON-SMOKING policy in all public areas.

There are four bedrooms on four stories. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom suite and office alcove on the upper floor, a kitchen, entryway, garage, living room, and queen sleeper couch on the main floor, two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins which can be combined to a king upon request, and laundry room one floor down, and a media room, pool table, bedroom with a double bed, in the basement. There are two out door decks and fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom. There are bathrooms on all four floors. B.C.Registry number H000086805
