This one-level townhouse sits within the Painted Cliff complex with ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s Run when snow conditions allow. The living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Bose speakers, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Natural light fills the space by day, while evenings invite relaxed fireside conversations. A dedicated workspace and WiFi make it easy to stay connected if needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, featuring granite countertops, heated floors, and contemporary appliances. Gather around the dining table for six for slow breakfasts before first chair or hearty dinners after a day outdoors. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils add convenience to your stay.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and TV, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes heated floors and a bathtub shower combo. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be configured as a king or two twins, plus its own TV. A separate bathroom includes heated floors and a glass-enclosed shower. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Step onto the private deck to take in views of Rainbow Mountain and the surrounding forest. Within the complex, a shared hot tub offers a soothing soak after time on the slopes. The home also includes a private entrance, patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill.
Essentials & conveniences
In-unit washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, bathroom essentials, and clothing storage are provided for comfort. A safe adds peace of mind. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is included, along with free street parking and additional guest parking on a first-come basis. Bike storage is available in the underground garage. Self check-in with a smart lock and luggage dropoff allowed make arrivals and departures seamless.
Ski access & location
When snow conditions allow, you can reach Merlin’s Run within a short walk for direct access to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is typically available from late December through March. Set on the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a peaceful mountain setting just minutes from cafés, après-ski lounges, and Whistler Village.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
