Whistler - The Aspens 262

  • Boasting ski-in/out access, a view of the pool from the private balcony, and a cozy interior complete with a gas fireplace, this condo is the perfect home base for your next vacation to Whistler! Begin each day with a delicious breakfast made in the well-equipped kitchen before heading out for endless skiing or a pool day. Relaxing moments can be made over board games with loved ones or in the shared hot tub's bubbling warmth. A movie night is the perfect ending to an amazing day in the mountains. Sitting mere minutes from Blackcomb Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.
    Renovations and closures - Important:
    The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th.
    The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. Smells and noise are to be expected. The Gym area will be closed during this time.

    Exterior Maintenance:
    Please note there will be a noise and smells associated with the below projects that will affect the surrounding units.
    Starting Monday May 11 for 4 weeks. At the far end of the property close to the parking entrance and Spearhead Drive. Foundation wall waterproofing, sewer line repairs , repairs to canopy roof wall.
    The following decks will be worked on starting June 15 for four weeks.
    All units located in the North Wing, The Aspens entry loop area, for all 4 floors will be painted.
    Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid July for one week.

We stayed here fora weekend in the off season. What a great experience, comfortable, clean, has all the basic essentials. We have zero complaints about the unit. Access to 3 large outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool! We did find the jets in the tubs can be a little underwhelming at times, but some are stronger than others. Also recommend bringing a robe for walking to and from the pool area in cooler weather.Definitely plan to stay here again, we loved our time in whistler and thuroughly enjoyed the unit.

I’m surprised the Aspens hasn’t changed their burnt hydraulic oil smelling elevator (been this way since I first came here in 2018) but other than that the aspens is great

We have stayed at this resort numerous times because it can’t be beat for location and amenities. The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. However, each unit is quite different in what supplies are available, in comfort and in cleanliness. We love the location of 262 in the resort… courtyard view and second floor, unfortunately, it was quite dusty when we arrived, the pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable (a new mattress would do wonders) and the one fry pan in the unit didn’t sit evenly on the stove burner. There were bare bone utensils and kitchen supplies but enough to make do. The unit had what we needed so any ‘deficiencies’ are only mentioned for full disclosure and as suggestions for easy, minor fixes. We will be back to the Aspens, without hesitation.

Really enjoyed our stay, room is perfect for a couple, or couple with kids, would be an awesome spot for skiing as it is ski in ski out… Our only complaint is it needs a TV in the bedroom, not sure why there isn’t but that would be our only issue…

Great location, but facing the pool so can be loud, no AC

This is an older Whistler building, so everything it is relatively dated. The place was clean & there was a fan in the living room and one in the bedroom. The location is great because you're close to Fairmont & Four Seasons for cocktails and food. The space faces the pool/hotbut which are not very large in size but during our stay were filled with many adults & children including young ones that would scream at the top of their lungs so if you'd like quiet I would look for a room that doesn't face the pool area. Easy check in, easy check out. Parking was also easy, but you do have to pay $17/day.

Great Location!

Great location in Blackcomb, with just a short walk to Whistler Village. Had a lovely time in this unit. Awesome, pool and has 3 hot tubs! Would have been a 5 star rating if there was AC and a bbq. The bedroom window Blind cords were not in working order (broken). But otherwise a great condo with a comfy bed.
