"Staff had an issue constantly with me walking with my dog even though it’s pet friendly. Many staff would actually make me wait just so they could go by without interacting with my dog. My dog isn’t aggressive, and I’m not sure why people who are afraid of animals work at a fully pet friendly motel. Staff was rude to me, refused to clean my room or even ask me when they could because one time they walked in while my dog was in there because I was having a smoke. No fridge, no microwave. All of 5 tv channels that work. Cards are constantly breaking and needing to be replaced. Overall it was gross staying there, only got my room cleaned once in a week. Only got my bedding changed once in a week. It’s more expensive than other motels that are BY FAR better."

"Lots of parking, check in was easy and quick. Room was terrible, had a very strong pet odor, overbearing, instantly made my eyes water and nose stuff up. Went down to front desk to ask for another room was told all sold out and there were no other rooms unless we wanted a much smaller room with no refund for difference in price. When asked if it would smell better was given no guarantee it would. Was offered a spray bottle of room freshener(I assume thats what they use to mask pet smell instead of properly cleaning room). I did take it and sprayed everything in room, it didnt eliminate odor instead it changed smell to wet fur. Breakfast was included, which was very basic. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, juice and the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Could have upgraded to hot breakfast for $8, we declined. We noticed the wait staff did not properly clean tables after each guest ate. They simply cleared dishes and wiped around paper placemat, leaving for next guest. We were happy it was only 1 night, we will never stay there again."

"Unfortunately, this hotel isn't what it used to be. I was disappointed with my recent stay for three main reasons: 1. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. 2. Food: The complimentary breakfast menu has been downgraded. They no longer serve eggs or sausage, leaving very few options. 3. Room Quality: The shower had zero water pressure. 4. Gym: Equipment is outdated and several machines aren't working. There are much better maintained options nearby for the price."

"We had a good time. The room was clean and nice. Our check-in experience wasn't the greatest though. The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time"

"What a lovely stay. We are leaving with our hearts full. We were amazed to be treated with amazing spread of soups salads and snacks at evening during our arrival on Wednesday. The stay was so calm and comfortable. Love the property location as well. A 10/10 stay"
