Breakfast a short walk to Truffles met our needs and there are lots of other places to eat locally. Jules told us that although she will not be offering breakfast she will be providing hampers for guests soon - we will definitely be returning for her excellent hospitality. It made our trip. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Room was attractive, and of a good size, and the provision of bottled water in the room was a lovely touch. Well stocked hospitality tray too. Bathroom was well appointed. Only issue we had was that when showering after 9.30 pm, the hot water only came out as luke warm; by morning it was lovely and hot. "Lovely decoration and clean with all the facilities you need. Email with access codes. Booked room because of view and King bed, but bed was a double and smaller than our own bed. Confusion over parking and if there was a private car park. Didn’t receive any info. Be aware of the bikers and motorbikes that tend to park outside the property and could wake you up if a light sleeper."

"Lovely secure property with all anemities accounted for. Kevin met me at the door to go through some details and answer any questions I had, he also kindly upgraded my room for the night! Room was spacious and spotless with microwave, mini fridge and great power shower. A folder was also provided which had useful info about the hotel and the local area. Will definitely be staying here again, thanks Kevin!"

"A real hidden jem in a small village with lots of facilities. Opposite the Castle and duck pond. Not far to lots of tourist hotspots and when you get back plenty of free parking. Its an old building with creaking floorboards but that odds to the charm."
