"Good location close to restaurants and highway. Noisy traffic could be heard. The breakfast was good, simple but area clean. Good shower with good water pressure. Mattress on queen bed was in need of replacing. Had to switch in middle of the night as it was soft and lumpy very uncomfortable. Room rate on upper limit for 3 star hotel."

"When we 1st Checked in our room had hair all over the bathroom. They Switched rooms the 2nd night the Toilet had water coming out the back all over the floor. The hotel was full so they couldn’t switch to another room. We paid for parking and there weren’t any parking spots available so that we had to park in the “Free Parking Spots” across the street. However I had to make multiple phone call to get a refund for 1 of the night. Which I feel as if we deserve both night free considering that I had to put the towels all around the toilet to absorb the Brown water"

"The staff are friendly. I forgot my pillow and they actually called to tell me. They even held on to it for two weeks until I could come back to get it. Breakfast was well stocked. The rooms were very clean. The beds are small but comfortable. I stayed here twice"

"On arrival we had to wait 15 minutes while the desk clerk assisted another patron. While we waited while another desk clerk was busy doing something on her computer. They both finished and greeted us at the same time. We were helped by the clerk who had been doing something at her computer. She informed us that there was a $6 fee for parking that was not disclosed when we booked the room. When we got to our room we saw there was no coffee maker. We called the desk and were told that they provided 24/7 coffee in the lobby. I asked specifically if there would be coffee in the lobby at 3:30am which was our planned checkout time and was assured coffee is provided 24/7. So at checkout there was no coffee and the clerk on duty said it was being made and wouldn’t be ready until 4am. Then after leaving for dinner we arrived back at the hotel to discover there was a plumbing problem that affected water delivery to the entire hotel. We couldn’t flush the toilet or shower before going to bed. I called the desk and they said that it would be fixed in an hour. After 2 hours I called again and was told they were still working on the problem and if I wanted a refund I could check out. Now It’s 8:30 at night and we were leaving at 3:30 am so changing hotels was not a viable option. Needless to say I lost a lot of sleep over this and got no coffee in the morning. I will never stay at any other Hilton property as long as I live!!!! They made promises that went unfulfilled."
