"Bathtub faucet dripped, WiFi kept going out, important thing to have for your ‘smart TV’s’. Dehumidifier in our room running caused poor nights sleep. AC was barely adequate for a 60 degree day outside, I’d hate to see what it’s like in summer. I felt like I was in a hotel from the 80’s, not 2026. I’ll sleep in my car next time."

"Parking was good. Room was clean but had to fix the toilet seat myself since the maimtenance people didnt. There were crazy noisy people at night. Also the police were there one night for someone. And twice i had to deal with a staff member who couldnt hear well. And it took her.3 tries to get me in a room that someone wasnt already in! Luckily i am a patient person n looked at my blessings over the other stuff. The rest of the front desk personnel were awesome n accomodating n did a good.job!"

"I was told that if anyone books with Orbitz, they will deny stand IHG One Benefits. Benefits were denied. "

"IT is currently undergoing a renovation. that being said, it is a little dated but clean. The biggest bummer is we like a place with a bar and they closed at 9:30 p.m. on a concert night, bummer!!"

"Front Desk staff not very helpful/generous. Could have easily swapped is into a single king bed for an older couple rather than a double queen. She tried to "upsell" us from a double queen for $20. Really? We felt that was tacky. As Hilton Honors members (who have booked 3 other hotel stays in the last month, that seemed like an easy gesture. She was very snotty about it. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired i would have walked right out and canceled the whole reservation. We won't be booking with Hilton in the future if that's the way they nickel and dime their customers. "
