"The hotel was very clean and safe and the staff were very nice. It is a very new hotel, and they don’t have some of their systems sorted out. For example, you access the information about hotel services via a QR code, but you have to call from the hotel phone for some of them because there is no number or link included online. That (and Utah being weird about alcohol) meant I had to leave my room several times, when the point of my trip was to lock myself in the room and work on a presentation where I wouldn’t be interrupted."

"Property is in poor shape, our room looked rough. The amenities were very dated and the bed was so so. The bathroom was clean and in order. Staff was helpful and present. Clean for the most part. Would pass this place up for something down the street that is newer and in better shape."

"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"This is my go-to stay wherever I may travel! I love the separate bedroom/sleeping area, which allows for my night owl travel partner to stay up late, and yet allows me to get up early (hello coffee!). The properties nationwide are consistently clean, well maintained, quiet and secure. The beds are also consistently comfortable, and the breakfast bar is exceptional. To top all that wonderful off, the staff is friendly, helpful, engaging and kind."
