White Lake Provincial Park

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.

Good location .Convenient for Shopping and Sightseeing

This was our second stay at this hotel. I can’t emphasize enough how incredibly helpful everyone of the staff was on both our visits. It really made all the difference as anchor points for a very long family trip. Very impressed with everyone’s willingness to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible.
