"Pretty good place to enjoy the mountains which are my favorite place to be!! We had awesome weather!! The only thing I was annoyed with is the people in the next room were smoking although it was outside smoking is one of my pet peeves!! The thought of it literally turns my stomach! I thought Woodwards was a smoke free facility, but it was my bad because I should have requested a no smoking area option! My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay and it was so nice to see so many people from different backgrounds enjoying themselves also!! The breakfast was a big plus. Thanks Woodwards!!"

"Comfortable condo in a great location!5 adults shared this condo for the weekend. We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay.The amenities were very good. Comfortable beds, air conditioning in the main living space and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and even had a small set of spices, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels -- all those little things that you don't want to have to purchase on a short trip.In the main living space we had plenty of room to relax, watch movies and play board games. We took advantage of the nice deck with table and chairs, as well as Adirondack chairs.The location within Loon Mountain village is excellent. It's relatively quiet, not much vehicle traffic but the pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and gym are less than 5 minute walk. There is also a trailhead about 5 minutes from the Condo,in Osseo Circle.There is easy access to the bike path across the Kancamagus/rte 112, which takes you to Loon Mountain Resort, and into Lincoln.Greg, the host, provided excellent information without being asked, and was highly responsive."
White Mountain Four Season Vacation Getaway!!

"We have stayed in many of these condos over the years and this was the first one that the lower level master bedroom did not have that normal musty smell! We really enjoyed staying here, we were able to bring our family pets and the unit was big enough to have our grandkids visit for a few days. The condo was clean and Kevin was easy to communicate with when needed. We didn’t have super hot weather up there and were able to keep the condo cool by keeping everything closed with the fans on. We will absolutely stay here again!!"

"The accommodations were exactly what I was expecting, clean and spacious. All the staff were friendly. The pools and hot tubs were aplenty. I like that this place is just a couple minutes from downtown Lincoln. Definitely in consideration for a future stay!"

"This was our first time staying in Lincoln, NH, and in a condo with our dog, rather than a house. The condo was very nice, clean, and stocked with all the essentials we needed and extras to make our stay easy. As someone who likes to cook/eat in, I really appreciated that there were spices and olive oil on hand. Our kids made frequent use of the pools and tennis courts. The property was peaceful and pretty, with plenty of routes to walk our dog. The location was perfect to enjoy hiking, golf, the Cog Railway, and zip-lining, among other activities, Austyn had been very pleasant and super responsive to questions I had before we arrived. Truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo off the beaten path was a perfect spot for our family. It had all the amenities we needed and a good central location to enjoy all that Lincoln and surrounding areas offer. It is a quiet place high up on a hill with a wonderful outdoor/indoor pool and hot tub within walking distance or short bike/car ride. The tennis courts on premise are an added plus making our visit more enjoyable. The condo is clean and comfortable easily accommodating our large family."

"This unit suited our party of 10 perfectly. The teens loved the loft space with bunkbeds and gaming setup. The two fridges meant we could fit everything AND find it all again. And we were just steps from the pool and fitness center."
