"Late check in, Rung the bell a few times waited 15 minutes before trying to call a number left in the room.got halfway through checking in over the phone when the clerk came back. I was panicking because I had called earlier and said I would be checking in late, closer to midnight so my kids were sitting in the car waiting. Room was not very clean hair and dust everywhere. Only 2 towels in the bathroom but didn’t notice until morning when tryin to get everyone clean and out the door. But clerk was very nice and helpful once arrived "
