Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It snowed overnight one night we were there, and the plow came by 9:30, so we were still able to get out and go skiing early, which was wonderful."

"The recent refurbishment is almost over, the hotel looks fresh and grand. The staff excellent, the Spa was really nice. Our visit was impacted, however, by the property's haphazard approach to respecting guest food allergies by providing accurate information. The most obvious example was the Spa menu, listing a Naan bread as "Gluten Free" when the First ingredient on the bread's wrapper is WHEAT. Some folks, including my wife, get really, really sick when ingesting certain ingredients, and anything less than 100% accuracy when communicating that information is simply unprofessional and unacceptable. The Spa manager was appropriately shocked by this oversight and pledged to have it corrected, but how could this have happened in the first place if the appropriate level of care for this issue was required by all levels of management?"
