Welcome to Ptarmigan Village! We are a private community nestled on 52 forested acres of land on Big Mountain. Our condos are conveniently located between downtown Whitefish and the ski, biking, and hiking trails of Whitefish Mountain Resort.
Ptarmigan Village offers a variety of amenities, including a heated indoor pool, a wet sauna, an outdoor hot tub, and a seasonal outdoor pool. For recreational activities, we have a tennis court, a pickleball net, and a playground for children to enjoy. Additionally, residents have private access to the beautiful Whitefish Beach area, all of which are part of the Ptarmigan Village amenities.
