Great location, short walk from Home Again. Hot tub, great property
2 families stayed to spend time skiing. Hot tub was great. Location makes it easy to walk to Home Again to ski down to the Base Lodge, then at the end of the day, ski back from the top of Home Again. Garage is nice space for the gear. Also close to bus stop if needed. Will stay again!
Beautiful townhouse within walking distance to beautiful skiing and great restaurants.
We absolutely loved Jean’s place. Everything was perfect. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes. I would not change a thing about this property. We will definitely be back!!!
The property is conveniently located a short walk (100 yds -) down hill to the Home Again run. You have the option to take the village shuttle or ski back when done for the day. We had our 4 personal family and had more than enough room. The property is newer, well maintained, and clean.
Lovely 3-story condo, beautiful hardwood flooring, amazing kitchen, well stocked, bedrooms spread out.
We love the location on Big Mountain, quick drive to downtown Whitefish, beautiful views of mountain all around, market nearby and can walk to the trails and lifts on Big Mountain. Would rent this condo again!
I and a couple ski buddies stayed for 6 days of skiing. Three bedrooms and three baths was perfect for us. The condo was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances all high end. Furniture and beds very comfortable. One block walk to the Home Again run that takes you to the whitefish base lodge. We would stay again if we return to Whitefish Mountain Resort.
The condo was nice and mostly what I expected based on the listing. It had not been clear to me from the listing that this is a condo - 5 three level condos in a U shape, with this one at the bottom of the U.
Overall the condo is very nice, the beds and furnishings are comfortable, and the most things we needed were there.
We had a few issues, none of which were major, but which I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. First, several of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty so we always had to check before using. The 2nd issue is that the soap dispenser in the dishwasher doesn’t close, so the soap tablet just falls right to the bottom when shitting the door, which is likely the cause of the dirty dishes. Also, some of the towels were dirty and/or stained, so that was kind of gross as it was hard to tell if they had been washed or not. Lastly the clothes dryer didn’t work well at all - i washed a load of clothes one evening, put them in the dryer before going to bed and they were still soaked in the morning. After 3 more 60 minute cycles they were finally dry, bit not what I was planning for that morning as we were staying there to visit GNP. I did notify the owner and she said she’d have someone out to look at it, so hopefully that happened after our stay.
So overall a nice place, just a few minor issues, but again, not what I’d expect for the price and based on other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at.
Watched the deer family using the path behind the condo each evening was delightful. If I could make any suggestions would be to add a bunk bed on the first floor! It was much fun and great location close to the hiking trails and mountain bike riding for our 2 grandkids!Thank you, Nina & Garrett
Awesome condo at the base of whitefish mountain. Short walk to get to the slopes was wonderful. Owner was very responsive and easy to work. Loved everything about it and would stay here again without hesitation
We've stayed at other properties on the mountain for Under the Big Sky and this is by far the best. The property was immaculate and well stocked. Our only suggestion is that the parking spaces be clearly marked. We were supposed to have one and there was never one available. We were left a nasty note that we would be towed the first night, after we parked down the street aways. After that, one of the extremely nice owners, would wait till later in the evening and give us his spot.
Everything you could want for a ski condo. Kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. Convenient location, just a short walk down the street to the Home Again run. One of the other reviews noted that the garage was a little small and we can confirm: our full-size truck did not fit, but there was parking available next to the driveway.
We had an outstanding vacation. The home was so comfortable and we were able to relax and experience a home away from home! We are coming back to this home and you should book it as well!
Great property! Do not hesitate to book this one! So nice to have a garage to pull into. Kitchen is upscale with all Viking appliances and stocked for those that like to cook! Perfect location. Great to be on mountain but quick to get into town. We loved it!
Our stay was amazing! Not only was Whitefish more than we expected, our condo was beautiful! The location of the condo was perfect for the skiers in the family but also close enough to Glacier National Park, we got to enjoy it on 2 different days. Plus, we were close to horseback riding and snow mobiling. The local's in the town of Whitefish are ALL super friendly also!!! Great vacation a definite "do again" Thank you Jean for letting us enjoy your condo!
Honestly it is hard to find anything wrong with this property but if I had to pick something it would be the coffee pot took about an hour to brew. Not a dealbreaker by any means just thought it was interesting! Would come here again in a heartbeat!
