Modern Lake House w/ Hot Tub and Dock

With 150 ft of private beachfront, a private dock, hot tub, 3.5 baths, and space for up to 8 guests, this home is made for unforgettable getaways. Enjoy the kayaks, BBQ on the upper deck, or gather around the firepit. Just 10 mins from Whitefish, 15 mins from Whitefish Mountain Resort, and 45 mins from Glacier Park’s west entrance.

This spacious four-bedroom lakefront retreat offers beautiful views and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The main floor features an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space with direct access to the deck. You'll also find a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a half bath, and a washer/dryer. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms offer a queen bed, two twin beds, and a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with a second living area with a TV and two additional bathrooms.

Outside, enjoy multiple decks overlooking the lake, a private hot tub (year round), BBQ grill, and a fire pit (firewood not provided) near the beach. A winding stairway leads approximately 200 feet down to the private lakefront, boathouse, and seasonal dock. Whether you're spending the day on the water or relaxing under the stars, this home offers the perfect setting for a Montana getaway.

Please note: The lower level is accessed by a spiral staircase, and the lakefront requires navigating steep outdoor stairs. Both may be unsuitable for guests with mobility concerns. Children must have adult supervision at all times near the lake.

The dock is generally available from Memorial Day through early October, weather permitting.

Winter Travel: Montana winter storms can arrive quickly, so 4WD is recommended during winter months. Driveway plowing is provided, though major storms may cause delays. Snow shovels and ice melt are available for guest use.

Wood is not provided for the firepit due to limited space to store. A dock on the water is available, at the earliest, usually Memorial Day and generally until the first of October.

Cellular service can be spotty in the area depending on your provider, weather conditions, etc. Generally, the wireless internet service in the house is reliable.
