"Dans la chambre, les lits étaient propres, mais les matelas très mous, il y avait une tache de sang sur le rideau de douche, une grosse tache orange dans le micro-ondes, un cerne d’assiette sur le bureau et une trace collante (probablement du savon) sur le comptoir de la salle de bain… bref la chambre aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Les enfants ont adoré l’espace piscine et glissade d’eau. Le déjeuner était correct. L’espace extérieur (module de jeu et terrain asphalté avec ballon de basket était super pour amuser les enfants et leur permettre de bouger. "

"Stay overall was good, however, if you get a king suite beware of the bathroom. The door swings in and barely leaves a quarter of an inch without hitting the toilet. So, imagine getting in and out of the bathroom. "

"Planned a very last minute overnight stay at the resort. We spent the day walking around Lake George and took a short 10 min drive back to the hotel. We didn’t have to leave again once we checked in. I’m not sure if it’s common practice or not but obviously it says check in was 4 and we checked in at 3, our room was ready at 3:20 but we didn’t know because we were so busy at the water park! The gift shops (as typical) were a bit overpriced but the food at hurricane bay was delicious, we had breakfast at tallpines and it wasn’t AS good as Hurricane bay but it was still very filling. The staff was phenomenal, arcade was fair. My only complaint was the kids running up and down the hall all night but that’s not the hotels fault that’s just poor parenting. "
