"The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room? "No, I can't do that." I asked him to give me his name, he said: Preston, and when I asked for his last name he left upset and refused to give it to me. Breakfast was okay. Entertainment (TV and options) wasn't good at all. I don't recommend this hotel. If I could I'd ask for a refund. "

"No parking, had to park on a narrow street. Beds were loud and uncomfortable. Hard to find electrical outlets also. "

"We had a great stay here with our family and would absolutely come back. The home was very clean, and everything we needed was provided, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, which were well stocked and easy to use. The air conditioning worked great, and the outdoor patio area was a highlight for us. It was a perfect space to relax and spend time together. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is also walking distance from a Braums and an Aldi, so that was very convenient as well!One small note: the fire pit setup was a bit confusing, as there were PVC pipes that made it unclear whether it was safe or ready to use. A little clarification or adjustment there would be helpful for future guests. We also noticed a few areas in the master bedroom where the ceiling paint was peeling, which may be worth addressing.Overall, it was a wonderful place for family time, and everyone had an excellent experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast could have more options. But overall was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Since we had a trailer, we were worried about space and safety, but their parking area was fully lighted and checked on regular basis. "
