"Work, all good"

"Breakfast was ok. Hotel was smelly and hot. Elevator was on its last leg. They were supposed to have cold drinks but fridge was broken. And had to ask for service for our room for clean towels "

"Rooms smelled, property was dirty, noisy residents playing loud music at all hours.. won't stay again"

"We put in our notes that we needed a crib. When we checked in they said they were out of cribs. We had to leave and asked them if they were going to be able to get a crib before we returned and the staff assured me that they would. When we returned that night around 9pm, the staff informed us that they didn't get one and there is nothing they could do about it. It's frustrating because we have an 8 month old who needs to be in a crib and we would not have booked this property if we weren't going to have one. We checked out immediately and had to find another hotel who had a crib for us. Extremely inconvenient, especially with a toddler and 8 month old. If you need special requests, I would not recommend this hotel."

"I didnt even stay there but was charged for it. Went to hotels.com to try and cancel this but could not find anything to contact and or cancel this. I have put a told my bank about this."
